- Are these staffing vendor tools free to use?
- Yes. Salary calculation, payslip, invoice, offer letter, and XLSheet spreadsheet tools are free. Downloading PDFs/Excel does not require an account.
- Do I need to log in?
- Chat and PDF downloads work without login. Login unlocks Brand memory (company, GSTIN, GST %) so the AI and forms pre-fill your letterhead, plus WhatsApp payslip send.
- How does the AI chat work?
- A multi-agent assistant plans the job (sheet, salary, documents, invoice, WhatsApp), runs the right tools, and returns PDFs, Excel exports, or a WhatsApp Web link you open and send yourself. Offer letters and GST invoices open a style picker first — same pattern.
- What can XLSheet do?
- In AI chat, ask to create/edit/merge Excel or attach a CSV/XLSX. The sheet agent can view, create, edit, duplicate, merge, sort, filter, dedupe, split, and export .xlsx/.csv files — same chat pattern as offer letters.
- How do I make a company profile PDF?
- In AI chat, ask for a company profile or brochure to share with clients. The agent opens a style/content panel with live preview (like offer letter), then generates the PDF.
- Where do I save my company GST and letterhead?
- Open Brand memory from the sidebar after OTP login. Offer letter, invoice, and payslip tools load those details automatically.
